I have experience designing PCB’s that have been field-tested around the world, and I can design a board that will fit your needs, whether it’s a simple 2-layer through-hole board or a complex 4-layer SMD project with onboard pots and switches. Just give me a schematic and any PCB requirements you have, and I will provide you with industry-standard gerber files that can be given to any board shop in the world for manufacturing.
Don’t know the first thing about PCB design? I can advise you about layer count, though-hole vs SMD, onboard vs. off-board pots and switches, PCB finishing treatments, and any other questions you might have. I can also point you towards small and large-volume board shops both here in the USA and overseas. I can also provide component selection advice, source parts, and setup contract manufacturing services. If you want to go surface mount but you don’t have the equipment to do prototyping, I offer SMD prototype assembly.
I can also provide full turnkey PCB assembly. Give me a purchase order and let me order the PCB’s and components and assemble them. I can provide you with populated PCB’s in one easy step. I prefer to design the PCB for this kind of work in order for it to be most efficient for my manufacturing process.

Relay Bypass
For pedal builders, I am pleased to offer my microcontroller-based relay bypass circuit for OEM use. It offers silent switching using a soft-touch SPST stomp switch, and it automatically switches to bypass if power is lost. I sell my preprogrammed microcontrollers and provide a bill of materials with supplier links for the rest of the parts.
